BEM Model (Compact)The BEM model is a compact and lightweight power supply for the rated voltage DC45/90/180V non-excited brakes. Simply by connecting and inputting, the required direct current for electromagnetic clutch and brake can be obtained for AC100V, AC200V and AC400V specifications. Since the entire case is molded by resin, it can be used in the presence of powder dust. It is a lead-wire input-output type power supply suitable for transient connection. It corresponds to the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances that bans the use of 6 substances such as mercury or lead.

121-[]-10 Type (Double clutch)It is a double clutch unit with two clutches set on the both side of drum sharing basic design with clutch-brake unit 121-[]-20. Two-stage speed change and forward-reverse operation with hub input, or distribution of motive power with shaft input can be selected. As well as 121-[]-20, it is strongly resistant to a radial load with a wide bearing span that it can be used with high tension by mounting a V pulley or spur gear.

BEW-S Type (Compact)Simply by connecting and inputting, the required direct current for electromagnetic clutch and brake operation can be obtained for the AC100V, AC200V and AC400V specifications. It is a compact and lightweight model with limited functions. Also, it is an easy-to-connect terminal block type power supply with simplified construction. Only the input and output sides are set.

126 Model (Clutch , brake and motor)The 126 model is a unit with an induction three-phase motor added to the 125 model. Start-and-stop operation of the output shaft can be repeatedly performed without stopping the motor. Intermittent operation can be performed more frequently compared with ON-OFF operation of a motor. The base type or flange type can be selected in accordance with the installation site. The flange type, especially, has the same mounting surface as general-purpose flange motors that it can be integrated with a reducer.

The 125 model has a drip-proof-type shaft-to-shaft construction containing a clutch and brake in a light-alloy housing. The power is applied from the input shaft, and is output constantly from the output shaft. Braking of output shaft is performed by the energization of brake in response to the current interruption of clutch. The steel plate base and the casting base (E type) are available. It is easy to mount, and has longer operating time.

The 121-[]-20 type has a open-type through shaft structure. The power is applied from the input hub, and is output constantly from the output shaft. Braking of output shaft is performed by the energization of brake in response to the current interruption of clutch. It is strongly resistant to a radial load with a wide bearing span that it can be used with high tension by mounting a V pulley or spur gear. Due to the through-shaft construction, both sides of the shaft can be used for output. Mechanism layout such as using both sides for branch drive, or mounting a detection disc to one side can be performed.

BMM Model (Excitation)A non-excited brake and compact power supply are contained without changing the dimensions of a general-purpose motor. Braking of motor shaft is performed by applying current through the brake coil. Torque is transmitted by a constant-load plate spring to ensure always-stable braking.?The BMM-[]NHB type for base mounting and BMM-[]NHF type for flange mounting are available.

BXW Model (Braking and holding)In the same dimensions, the L type for use in braking, H type for use in braking and holding and S type for use in holding are available. No running-in required. Torque satisfies rated value right from the beginning of use. A stator used as a heat source can be mounted either on the inside or outside direction in accordance with the intended use. The anti-noise spring reduces a clattering sound generated by fine vibration during rotations. It corresponds to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances that bans the use of 6 substances such as mercury or lead.

BXR Model (Holding)BXR is a holding brake as well as emergency brake. The thickness is 2/3 of our conventional brake and the shape is designed compact that realized less space for installation. The biggest advantage is the light weight of the rotor. That can reduce the wear of rotor at idling time very successfully. The brake with low inertia can be assembled without damaging the responsiveness of the servo motor. Also, the energy-saving design with low capacity can reduce temperature rise of the coil.

BXH Model (Holding)The BXH model is a compact brake for holding and emergency braking only. It has the same dimensions as the BXL model with double torque. No running-in required. Torque satisfies rated value right from the beginning of use.

CBW Model (Clutch , brake and reducer)The clutch and brake are mounted on the input shaft of the reducer. The output is performed from the reducer, and the input is performed by belt transmission from the V pulley. As a standard part, V pulley is installed in the input section for easy handling. Installation is completed merely installing a reducer to eliminate troublesome centering and processing. Self inertia is reduced by integrating a reducer for efficient start and stop. A combination with a reducer accomplishes excellent performance for various applications such as a wide range of speed change in combination with a transmission, or a 360-degree revolution stop of the output shaft.

Linear Motion Miki pulley's linear motion products consist of very unique products, such as linear shaft drive and Rohlix. Linear shaft drive is a new cylinder model linear motor system which was designed to be driven by a most simple system. Rohlix converts rotational motion into linear motion by a lead of helix of six ball bearings installed in Rohlix at certain angles. Both are very unique Miki products. ROH'LIX A linear actuator ROH'LIX has 6 precision ball bearings, and each 3 are fixed on each end of the aluminum block. They are attached with a uniform lead angle for the drive shaft to convert a rotation of drive shaft into an equilibrium linear motion. YRL Model A linear actuator ROH'LIX has 6 precision ball bearings, and each 3 are fixed on each end of the aluminum block. They are attached with a uniform lead angle for the drive shaft to convert a rotation of drive shaft into an equilibrium linear motion. Various other options such as linear shaft, linear guide or shaft block are available.

Controllers Introduction of control systems is gaining for automated machinery in various fields. Especially, position control systems are used for all kinds of automated machinery. We offer various controllers suitable for fixed position-to-position control, synchronous (follow-up) control and biaxial interpolation control. Also, a controller that controls a powder brake voltage to obtain a stable tension control is available. Troublesome task in the process of system construction is reduced by our easy-to-operate controllers with advanced controls. SPC-PULCON (SPC-2000) The SPC-PULCON is a controller suitable for a biaxial (2-shaft) control. For X-Y table purposes, the SPC-2000-P is available. Arc interpolation, linear interpolation and teaching function are included. A small-scale program operation can be performed. Programming is easy by entering a simple command and necessary data with commonly-used spreadsheet software. A handshake function is also included by I/O. For synchronous (follow-up) control purposes, the SPC-2000-S is available. This model synchronizes two shafts with the other shaft operation. There are three types of synchronous patterns, proportional synchronization, reciprocating synchronization and two-speed synchronization (rotary cutter) to assign the required patterns to the two shafts. Since the operation patterns are set in advance, no programming is required. The operation can be performed simply by setting the roll diameter of the device, decelerating ratio, servo resolution, maximum rotation speed or rotational direction. SPC-SYNCHRO (SPC-011-SYNC) The SPC-SYNCHRO synchronizes one shaft with the other shaft operation. There are three types of synchronous patterns as well as SPC-2000-S, proportional synchronization, reciprocating synchronization and two-speed synchronization (rotary cutter). The functions conform to the SPC-2000-S. Controlling shaft number is 1. SPC-007 Model A mark control needed for use in roll feeder is enhanced. Feed length is automatically updated by following the change of mark interval to keep a stopping accuracy. It can be synchronized with a tool such as a cutter with up-and-down motion. By a function to stabilize the ratio of the time needed for tool cycling and feeding, a feeding speed is automatically updated as tool cycle time changes, which prevents a tool from getting caught during feeding of material. SPC-501 Model This is an open-loop controller by integrated thickness detection for powder brakes (clutches). It is suitable for a tension control when feeding and taking up a film, paper or thread. This control method outputs a voltage commensurate with the take-up diameter calculated by integrating sensor signals attached to a take-up spindle. A feed-back loop by a sensor for precise detection of actual tension is not performed. However, it is easy to adjust and there is no instability. A tension detection sensor is not required that the cost can be reduced.
